Neighborly Necessities Inc. is a welcoming service that helps new residents get connected to their community. We help residents by becoming their community resource guide, focusing on bringing new residents and local businesses together to create a sense of community loyalty.

We distribute important community information and discounts from local businesses to new residents. If you are new to the community watch for your packet of information and discount offers to be delivered to your door!

Neighborly Necessities Inc. was started 14 years ago by Theresa Janechek and has welcomed new residents ever since. Theresa and her husband Jeff have lived in Woodbury for 17 years and are very involved in the community. Theresa enjoys participating in community programs and has served as President of Woodbury Days Council, a non profit organization that plans Woodbury's annual community celebration for the past 13 years. She has also served on the board of the Woodbury Chamber of Commerce for several years, is a Chamber Ambassador welcoming new businesses into the community and was named the Woodbury Citizen of the Year for 2005.
